Deliveries
We Dispatch your Orders same-day. We use only Express shipping services like DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS to deliver the items worldwide. Please see the individual item listings for more details about delivering the items to your address. Deliveries are subject to any customs or import-related delays. Customers are responsible for clearance and Import duties (if any).
Express Delivery normally takes 5 to 7 business days worldwide. Exceptions apply if there is any customs delay.
Hassle Free Refunds Without Any Questions
All Day, All Week, All Year. We accept returns within 60 days of your purchase. All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags still intact.
Returns to Leather Cottage are free of charge. All you have to do is just paying the return shipping.
If you prefer to make your return by mail, use the included return label to send your item(s) back, and drop off at your nearest DHL or UPS location. If you no longer have the shipping label provided in your shipment, contact us.

If you would like to exchange your item, no return fee will be charged. Just fill out the exchange columns on your packing slip and we’ll be happy to send you a replacement.
If items arrived damaged or the incorrect item was sent, please mail us and we will rectify the situation free of charge.
